Sooo you will prob hear more about "C"

Ok so Winter Formal was on Friday :) it was awesome :D so my parents got to meet "C" at my friend's house. They were there to take pictures and what little they saw of him, they liked. So anyways we danced and I beat him at the Wii game, just dance 2 times! There was a photo booth there so we took funny pictures. They turned out pretty cute and we also took a formal picture and I should get that one this Friday. The highlight of the two of us is that we slow danced!! :D He is so cute, not a very coordinated dancer, but heck I am certainly not a dancer either. So yesterday he held my hand, and I let him. Today we held hands more often, in fact every time we walked somewhere, he'd grab my hand.... It's so sweet! I think he is going to ask me to be his girlfriend soon. This week I am hoping to go see the school's basketball game with him (Thursday) and then go see a singing performance also at school (Friday). So we are calling them "dates" and in my perspective what is the difference whether we call it hanging out or a date, we are spending time together and probably will hold hands again.

Hey! I got a new phone! :D it's the iPhone 4. Still getting the hang of it though. But now I can blog while on the go and use the Internet not rely on texting in a blog which would have no tittle :P so yay!

Huston... We Have a Problem

Huh... Huston we have a problem. So my friend who is also going to winter formal with us as a group (shes kind of in charge of this whole thing), well I asked her if we were doing bootenears (excuse my horrendous spelling!) and corsages. She says just corsages since guys tend to want to take off their jackets at those hot dances. So I asked her if she could tell "C" to get one. She texted me back with his exact text... "I looked it up. I don't know. I don't want to make her feel weird. I think she thinks this is a friend type thing- not a date. She might [think] it's akward". RAWR!!! We talked about this on the phone, him and I. He told me that he likes me and I told him the same. What more does he need?? So did he forget that I like him? I mean sure, I haven't really made much of a move other than that and neither has he. Yet we see each other A LOT every day and school and call on weekends... more than what guy and girl friends typically do. Now he has never had a girlfriend or a date before, so I should cut him some slack. Yet what should I do to hint to him that I do think of this as a date, but not also seem weird about it or give my friend away that she told me that. :P


Well anyways I have finals starting tomorrow! :O so yippee XP o and also tonight I am trying out this hair stuff called Wen. It smells nice :D so lets see how this works!

 Glad you like the new layout :D and sorry I haven't been on top of my emails. Been a little busy with finals study and all. I have found a few pictures that I like in the way of hair style


#1 Now I would not attempt this on my own, if I was to get this, I'd go get it done and hand them this picture saying this is what I am looking for :D

#2 This is also one I would not tempt (I do really!!! like this one), I would make it look less earthy though since I do have a marlin Menrrow/50's thing going on.

So your 1st idea, I do that daily if my hair is being annoying and I need it out of my eyes, so that is more of a casual hair style, yet I do like the 2nd one, with the braids. It seems cute. I can give that a try before formal and see how well that works. 

Re-doing the Blog :D

Hey I updated my blog so now you can do polls on it. I'll try to set one up every week. I know the tittle color is white and so is the background. I don't know how to change that. Do you? Anyways, you can also share this blog on facebook and twitter, so it makes it that much easier to get other people to read it. All YOU have to do is click a button! That's it! So please! Hey Flowers, I got your email a few days ago and responded back. I am sorry that your account is disabled :P that really sucks! but glad you got this one now. I don't know if my friends really could do my hair, since it is curly and gets frizzy easily. If it was straight, it would be so much easier. And yes! I plan to. I am actually looking online for hair styles for the natural curly haired people. If you have any ideas, let me know :D and thank you, I hope to do well on finals :)

Singing the pride of America

Tomorrow is my friend's 1st club meeting for the culinary club at school. She founded it, so i figure, even though I don't cook, I'll join. So I have to bring some food for everyone. I figure cookies will be good. I convinced "C" to come too. I think he's only going because of me. He's too cute. He's able to go to see me sing the National Anthem on the 28th at school for the basketball game. I am a little nervous and hopefully I won't mess up like Christina Agulara did at the super bowl 2011.... This is the 1st time that he will hear me sing. I also got another dress for next years Pageant! It is so pretty, I need to take a picture of that one and the winter formal dress.

I have hair similar to yours (judging by your photo) and I like putting some waves in it using my hair straightener then pinning the sides back :) Maybe add some cute hair accessories too! :) I laughed when you said you can do the lawn mower and the sprinkler. Well next time I try it on, I'll put the acceries together with it :D I want to go to the hair dresser, yet I don't know how much it will cost. And when I use the hair straightener,  it takes 2 hours yet thats to get it really straight and if I just use it enough to get it wavy, it gets REALLY frizzy. Yes there is slow dancing, it's outside in certin spots that goes all night. Inside it's fast, dancey songs. and o that kinda sucks, but I'm sure it's pretty big! :D and YES countdown :) by tomorrow it'll be a week till then, just gotta push through finals next week and then it'll be fun time on Friday!

Simply Excited for something in two weeks

I got a dress over the weekend. I'll post pics soon. It's got a halter kind of straps, its black and it also has silver sparkles. I'm going for a vintage 50's retro vibe. I really do like this idea. Now just have to think of ideas for my hair.... natural curly hair is hard to tame for a special night out. I hope "C" will find me really pretty :) I already bought my ticket and it wasn't cheap, $40! Such a shame I have to wait so long... Winter Formal isn't until the 27th.

Thank you for being a great reader of my blog :D it's nice to see every now and again people taking interest. I will post about it asap! yet sadly winter formal isn't until the 27th, so you and I have a long wait. I am sorry you don't have school dances there. Maybe you could talk to your ASB (if you have them.. they are students that run the activities for the school. Its a "class"/"club" kind of thing) and if you are lacking that as well, maybe talk to the principal as to why that is. You can be the one to make the difference. As the way of dancing... I can do the lawn mower, the sprinkler, shopping cart... stuff like that, which is NOT very impressive haha. Yet thank you for your support. And YES here IS to independent and strong women all around the world :D

Maybe Im freaking out over nothing, but i can't dance well... How am i going to dance with someone? I don't know if he will be up for slow dancing or not.

Winter Formal?.... YES!

My parents are letting me go to the dance!!... Yet they do expect me to get my grades up (i am getting D's in Language Arts and Science... oops). I am so happy that they are letting me. I asked "C" if he meant this as a date or a friend thing. He said that this is meant to be a DATE! :D yet it can be a friend thing of I want, yet I don't want to. He is so sweet and he believes in being chivalrous. He's the kind of boy who dads would love to have date their daughters. We were on the phone for an hour and a half just chatting, then I asked if he likes me. I said my friend told me that she asked and she told me that he did. So I asked if that was true... Yes he does like me, he likes me for who I am. Yes he thinks I'm pretty (he told me! :D), but also he says that it's hard to find someone who is nice; sweet to everyone, and so positive (I know on this blog I do complain a lot, but in real life, I try my best not to complain, that's why I get it all bottled up and I let it all out here). I wish every guy could use him as an example. He also wants to take things slow, not rush into a relationship. I don't want to either. I'd like to, with him I mean, but not right away. I am... happy. NOT saying I need a guy to be happy. I am an independent woman and rightfully so.

Ive been going dress shopping. I'll try to remember to take a pic of it and show it to you when I find the one :D

Not so lonely for a dance

:D Good new everyone!!! SOOOOO guess what????? hehe! "C" asked me to winter formal and he means this as a date. His 1st date and dance, so this should be interesting and fun though. I guess I do like him. I didn't realize how much I did until he asked me to winter formal and I noticed how excited I am about it. We would go to dinner with our lunch group and go to winter formal with them too. This is my 1st date and formal dance... that is if my parents let me go. I am excited!


Well this guy in my math class who is kind of a "bad kid", like he gets in trouble, smokes pot, and all of this crap apparently thinks I am cute. He passed a note to me, which was strange and later in the note he said I was cute. I facebooked him to see if he was serious... because with him, you can never tell. He said he was serious, yet he hasn't said anything to me after that, so I don't think much of it.


Also that pageant that I was in, I got 3rd runner up :D and apparently if you make the "runners up" for your 1st time, it's pretty good. and I now stand a very good fighting chance for the big crown next year. I did get a crown and flowers though :) I am pretty happy.


So thank you 19 followers for faithfully reading my blog :) I have no comments to reply to though :P so you all need to do something about that :O <3 you though my lil followers. Stay true!

Winter Formal?... Maybe

Well I tried to hint to "C" that I wanted to go to the winter formal with him, yet when I asked if he was he said that he prob isn't because if he has a basketball game.... Which apparently he always has one going on. That's why he can't go to my pageant too, yet he says he wants to go, but can't. I have noticed that he waits for me when we both get out of 5th period since our class rooms are so close, also he waits for me when we get out of P.E and walks in my direction to class. So we do talk and walk together throughout the school day, quiet a bit. I hope he can go to winter formal though.... I'd really like to go. 

Ya know that compitision at school for singing that I tried out for? (i don't know if I mentioned that I was trying out or not).... Well I didn't make it. I don't know why, but the theater teacher doesn't like me. Never really has.

It makes me mad that NONE of my close friends are going to my pageant. It is a huge deal to me. I'd understand if they couldn't pay for the ticket or are busy that day, but some of them are just to lazy. Yet 2 of my friends are planing on showing up (but their not my close ones though, yet I'm happy that they want to come and support me!)

Demi Lovado- For the Love of a Daughter.

Someone who understands

I hope everyone has been spending the holidays with their families. I know both my Christmas and New Years was good. On New Year's I had a friend spend the night. We talked for awhile about... well she has alcoholic parents, so we were able to talk about that. I had a lot of feelings and things in common with her involving alcoholic families. I knew what my grandma said, and i didn't think of her as a lier, but i now see for sure the similarities I have with it. I used to have problems with myself because of it, yet now I have learned to over come it. I am trying to help her. She does want to be helped, asking her parents if she can go to aliteen (support group for those who live with people who have alcohol problems). She will probably open up to me and tell me things and the things that she says I will not post, yet I might ask for help on what I can do for her. I am not a licensed theropist, nor have I been trained. I have just gone through it before and went to family counciling (not like that solved the problems). Yet I will help her in the best way I can.

On a brighter note, I met a guy, He's nice and all. We have talked a bit through the phone. haha... he's kind of cute. Yet I wouldn't know how we would make anything work. So I don't expect anything, just friendship. He's nice... still believes in chivalry a bit. Sincere, kind, has manners... that's what I could tell on the phone at least. So if I talk about him anymore, I will reference him as "F".

I saw "C" on Christmas Eve. My family and I always go to the church serves and he and his family was there. We sat two rows right in front of him. I don't know if I like him. He is sweet, yet hasn't made much of an attempt at being anything more than friends. I hope he will soon since winter formal is on the 27th of this month. I would like to go to winter formal, plus I have a dress for it since I am using it for the pageant. Who knows, if anything happens, well I'll go with the flow. I am not desperate or anything, maybe because of the pagaent on the 7th... coming up really soon. I am nervous, yet excited. I sincerely want to win.
