The Monster in my House

Well today we kicked some trial butt! I don't know the scores yet, it was pretty obvious we won. It was a thrill knowing that we won or 1st competition. I told my mom all about it and then my dad. My dad is apparently in a bad mood because he got mad at me again for no reason. he started being argumentative, yet I didn't engage so he threw that I was having attitude. I cried in my room because it seems that nothing I do i going to stop his anger. When he yells at me, I am afraid that he will hurt me again.

Just yesterday he actually complimented me on me babysitting the girls at the wedding. He said thank you for being a good cousin at the wedding. Just a true and honest compliment with no negative. Usually he will give  compliment, yet there is always a "but" to follow. It is really annoying and saddens me a lot. I don't understand how he gives a sincere compliment and then the next day be a total A-hole. I don't get him at all. I was going to eat, yet after he yelled at me I decided to get away from that monster and go up stairs. I'm hungry.
